Stoneridge Farms Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
RATES AND RESERVATIONS:
Rooms may be paid with Visa or Master Card only and must be given at the time of reservation, regardless of method of payment. We charge your credit card 10 days prior to your reservation. Please notify us at the time of reservation if you will be using a Gift Certificate.
During the Oktoberfest Season from September 16th through October 31st, there is a two night minimum stay required for Friday and Saturday.
Arrivals are welcomed between 4 and 6 PM. If arriving outside of these times, please call for arrangements.

Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, if we are able to make your cancelled reservation available to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less a 10% handling fee.
Stoneridge Farms Bed and Breakfast is a totally smoke-free environment. All guests must be 18 years of age. Maximum occupancy is two people per room, except for Woodland Suite and Garden Suite which can accommodate three. Pets are not allowed. We will, however, be happy to help guests make boarding arrangements at a local kennel.
We reserve the right to refuse rental of our rooms to anyone whom we feel appears to be in an intoxicated or impaired condition at check-in. We also reserve the right to evict anyone who becomes intoxicated or impaired and in our opinion creates a danger to others while on the premises.
